3. Account Registration

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. In compliance with Philippine regulations, jlpark does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes. Any attempt to fund an account using prohibited methods will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account review.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on jlpark are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jlpark is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.6 Own Funds. You represent that all funds deposited into your jlpark account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 jlpark may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

5.3 jlpark reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts, will be forfeited.

5.4 Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.3 jlpark's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlpark account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlpark's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit your right to file a complaint with PAGCOR or any other relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
